Run Time Error?

I have begun receiving run time errors when I access certain websites. The
error message reads,

A runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Line: 23
Error: the callee (server[not server application]) is not available and
disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call did not execute.

What is this all about? I don't have dial-up, so what's going on?

Thanks!

Thanks for your response. That worked, but why was I getting those errors
in the first place (not because I didn't have that box checked, rather what
was the problem that caused the error?)

Go into IE properties > advanced and uncheck the debug option.
