Run-Time Error and Debug

P

Pat

When browsing websites a warning box pops up saying I
have a Run Time Error and do I wish to Debug. Why is
this happening and should I go through with the Debug?
Is this Debugging a one-time thing? My computer is
fairly new and I never experienced this with my old one.
I'd appreciate some help.

Thanks

Those script errors are caused by the design error of the web page itself.
IE cannot process the script coding and therefore display a script error,
you can ignore most of these errors because you can do nothing about it. If
you want to disable this debugging prompt, go to the Advanced section under
IE's Internet Options to select the "Disable script debugging" and uncheck
the "Display a notification about every script error" options.
