run time error

when browsing the web using internet explorer i keep
receiving error messages that say "RUN TIME ERROR" DO YOU
WISH TO DEBUG YES OR NO - how do I stop this from
happening everytime I use internet explorer. i have
always send NO to do you want to debug - should I
choose yes and will that stop the problem thanks

Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
