At Windows 2000 startup receive run-time error - Input
past end of file. Please provide input regarding
troubleshooting steps.

Download and run msconfig.exe from
http://www.svrops.com/svrops/dwnldoth.htm,
then use it to prevent all non-essential tasks from
loading at start time. This should enable you to
isolate the culprit.
