"run " program files?

I need help what does this mean
"c:\program files\support.com\client\server\server.vbs " This shows up after Mcafee scans for viruses, and then it tells me that this program is trying to use the "run" program
Please HELP!!!

Re-boot into Safe Mode and rename the folder "support.com" to "support.old"
(or delete it of course), then check your startup items. Either via a third
party program (www.webgrid.co.uk, www.freewarehome.com have a few), or
manually via the registry.

Remove any entries in there that point to that file........
