MALICIOUS SCRIPT

I GET A MALICIOUS SCRIPT ALERT AFTER START UP. I AM
USING NORTON ANTI-VIRUS. THIS IS A NEW LAPTOP. I RAN A
SCAN ON COMPUTER WITH NO VIRUSES FOUND. I DELETED THE
ORIGINALLY INSTSALLED MCAFEE AND INSTALLED THE NORTON.
IT WAS AFTER THAT I STARTED TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM. HOW
CAN I FIX THIS? AM I RIGHT IN ASSUMING THE PROBLEM IS
WITH MY VIRUS PROTECTION? it gives this file:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\SUPPORT.COM\CLIENT\LSERVER\SERVER.VBS.
IF I STOP SCRIPT I CAN USE MY COMPUTER BUT I NEED TO GET
RID OF THE PROBLEM OR THIS NEW SETUP IS GOING BACK TO
CIRCUIT CITY!!

I htink that somehow you seem to have contracted the Maldal.C virus or one
of its variants
