McAfee suspicious script warning when computer starts up

when I start my computer, mcafee warns that the following
file,
C:\programfiles\support.com\client\server\server\server.vb
s contains suspicious scripting activity. I have
software stop the scripting. What is this (Trojan Horse?)
and what can I do to get rid of it.

I have the exact same problem and I don't know what it is or what to do?
