Run MSDTC -RESETLOG at startup?

Running msdtc -resetlog in this Hp Mce2005 box may not
help anyone else but I find it speeded up my access to and
clarity of internet streams from Nasa, USC, Cspan etc.
Even the time to internet connect via cable modem has
returned to what it should be.
I am wondering if I should run it at start up?
