I just purchased a new machine with Windows XP
Professional, and I use the Start-Run feature quite often.
I've often had to run the same programs several times, but
every time I power down the computer and power up for the
next session, the "run history" is lost. (As far as I
know, there are no programs like "TweakUI" on my machine.
I did a search and verified the program is not on my
machine.) This is annoying because I have to "browse"
every time I rerun a program. (I've seen people having
problem clearing the "run history", while I'm having a
problem *retaining* it.)
The "run history" does populate while the machine is
running, but it clears whenever I power down, even when
it's "Standby" mode.
Suggestions fixing this problem are appreciated.
