drop down history and my recent documents

hi i have windowx xp with service pack 2 installed and everytime i log off
the computer it clears my internet drop down history and my my recent
documents.
does anyone know the setting or program that might be causing this? if so
please help thanks

Hi,

Been messing with TweakUI?
Check "Clear Document History on Exit" under the Explorer options.
