Run .DLL

a customer bring in her laptop cause by this "run .DLL" error popup.
This laptop can't even run any thing or even shutdown. I beleived
this laptop is infect with a virus worm. How do I fix this problem?

Burn a couple of these to a CD (using a working machine) and test the
infected machine with them:
