The answer is still going to be the same no matter where you post:
You can't remove or reuse applications unless you have kept their
installation CD or the setup/installation file. It is impossible and too
complex being there are numerous changes done to the registry on the OS that
the programs were on. Since you reinstalled the OS on another HDD
different registry.
Didn't you say the original drive the programs are on crashed anyway? That
is a high expectation in the first place.
