Missing Module\File

After my windows starts and as soon as the desktop appears
i get a window that pops up with the header "Run.dll". In
the window it states thattherewas an "Error loading
C:\Windows\System32\Bridge.dll The specified module could
not be found". I've tried a repair installation from my
windows xp pro disk with no luck. Any suggestions.
