Run command

I am trying to find out what is called when you choose the [Run] command from the {Start} menu.

If you watch processes in Task Manager when you click on the Run button, you
will probably see......nothing happen. It's probably a child dialog of
explorer - not directly callable.

File Monitor (filemon.exe) shows Explore.exe activates when run is
started so I guess you are right
