Run command not working

Start/Run is not working correctly. When I type in a web address I get the following error:

There was a problem sending the command to the program.

I've never seen this.

Hey Steve...maybe you can help me on another issue. When I installed EarthLink TotalAccess2005 it
place Google as my default Search engine. I reset my web settings and now am stuck with the classic
Search Assistant. Everytime I Customize through the Search Companion I lose all the customization
when I reboot. Shoots! What's up with that?

I was finally able to fix this by uninstalling EarthLink TotalAccess2005 AND by deleting as many
EarthLink registry entries as I could find that might be relevant.
