"Run As" Network Administrator

With the introduction of Windows Vista I can no longer run Domain
Administration tools as my Domain Admin account. I am a Network
Administrator and require running many Network Tools (ADUC, etc) as the
Domain Admin. How can I enable the "Run As" feature to allow me to run
programs as the Domain Admin account again. Is this going to require me to
switch back to Windows XP?

Logon as the domain admin then use Run as administrator. Alternatively logon
as a standard user and use Run as administrator. At the UAC prompt enter
your domain admin credentials. It's a change in Vista. If you are already
running with an administrator account you can't specify a different account.
There is no Run as only Run as administrator.
