"Run As" error

When a non-administrator is logged onto a computer set up
on a domain, and an administrator performs a "run as" to
a maped drive, an error message occurs. The error
falsely states that the file or file name does not exist.

How are you trying to use the runas command to access a mapped drive? Who
mapped this drive? Does the administrator have access to the network
location where the mapped drive points to?
