run active x window pops up

hi. I am having a problem where every time a web page
opens a box opens up that asks if I want to permit active
x to run? What happenned and How do I stop this?

Normal behavior. Answer yes or no to the prompt. If you want it to go
away, go into internet settings (security) and allow active X, but if you do
you may get a virus.
