Hey, I have heard rumors that Microsoft has corporated with CIA. And that
they can download all you have on your computer when every they want... Can
any one confirme this ? I also hope Microsoft will lower the prices.. They
are way too high.

I sincerely hope you are joking.
If not then tighten down your tin foil hat and hope they don't read your
brainwaves and return to your moms basement now.

Considering how good the CIA's "intelligence" is and how flawed MS'
programs are, not to worry.

Looks like you have spotted a gap in the market.
Get coding!

You had best be a very good boy and not do anything bad.

They are way too high.

Microsoft left a backdoor open in a previous version of Windows with the
help of the NSA. Whether that backdoor still exists in Vista, I haven't
heard.

they ALMOST have everything... indeed the language support of ULTIMATE is
fantastic....
The others don't get the MUI for free and that's darn right stupid.

However one element is missing.

Quality!

Vista is badly planed, badly designed, badly executed, its slow, bloated,
and darn right ugly.
Its interface was designed by the 3 monkeys, no see, no hear, no speak.
The designers are people who drive SUVs and think they are driving ecology
cars....

Frank do you want to see a video- proof of how horrible vista is?
If you see this proof will you at least then acknowledge that XP is far
superior?
Or will you just shrug it off... ? Fanatism can do that you know...
Make you blind to the truth even if its presented to you right smack in
front of your eyes.

Doris.. there is no security from some of the super duper hackers out
there...

There are hyper computer centers that constantly search the intenet for
keywords etc...

if you are on the internet, use a cell phone (even if its closed) or other
electronic devices you can be tracked.

But why would they even bother snooping on you or me or any other person? Do
you actually think they care?

The only question is, what do you have to hide? lol

If you dont have to hide anything, then you are safe :-)

Let the hackers come in and get all my boring data... I have thousands of
ebooks, let them get them and start reading..

I bet they will get bored so much they wont come back ever.. LOL

Obviously you don't have Vista installed or if you do you have no idea
what you're doing.
I think urbuttoo is the way to go for you.
Good luck!

Whatever you say... but when I prove you wrong, and that indeed I do have
vista what will you say?
I sent you a screenshot with a banana.. you didnt believe that.... you
thought I made that with photoshop or something...
Like I would go into the trouble to do all that! lol
Or.. no you said that was an old RC or beta of vista... it was not. It was
RC of vista.

by the way ... I don't think Ubuntu is better than windows XP for the
desktop use...

but you know, all windows machines get too much spyware and viruses...
Not mine ever... because I am very careful.. but other people...

Today I had to fix a windows machine that had 3 viruses and one of them had
deleted the firewall from the system
removing the service completely! lol.

In linux you can surf the internet without a virus scanner or firewall! lol
I guess for some people that only surf the internet and use web services...
linux can be great!

I cannot use the present ubuntu or any linux for my main desktop.. I need
windows..

but I need a GOOD version of windows.. not vistacrap

Now why should we take you seriously? Anyone capable of saying,
"Microsoft has corporated with CIA", can't possibly know what is going
on. Besides, the CIA isn't big on electronic intelligence. That's the
NSA that does that.

I have to find out how to corporate with someone. Now, if you had said
copulated....

Keep up the good work and I'm sure, over the next decade or so, you'll
figure out how to use a computer.

Sorry, but I've developed a routine for installing OS's over the years
that I never deviate from and I always get the results I expect to get.
My procedure is very simple:
1) I disconnect everything, all hardware & Internet connection(s)from
the computer except for the power cord and monitor.
2) I flatten the HDD, partition to choice, format and do a clean install.

I then plug in the Internet and do updates. Then one by one plug in all
other hardware and load their drivers.

I don't end up with the mess some others always seem to end up with.
In Vista, I always disable UAC first thing although I know MS policy is
not to do so.
I don't get BSOD, slow applications nor any of the other nagging,
irritating little nits that some others seem to have.
What I do works for me on all of my boxes but YMMV.
