I am running Outlook 2003, with Windows XP Pro. There are different user
profiles set up under windows. If I set an email rule under one profile, does
it apply to all, or must I set it under each profile individually? Thanks.

Depends. Since rules are stored in the PST, if you reference the same PST
in each profile, each profile should be able to access the same rules.
