I am trying to create a rule that when i get an email from a specific email
address with a specifc subject that i forward it to 2 seperate email
address. After creating the rule i have in place i get asked if i want to
run through my current mail in my inbox and it works then, but will not work
again. It looks like it only processes once and won't do the same email
twice.

These email will be alerts so it will be from the same recipient and have
the same subject everytime.

What am i missing here?

If the rule works once, it should always work...
it should fire only if you receive the configured mail from given sender
with given subject.
I suppose you activated the rule after creating it?
