rules wizard

The Rules Wizard has disappeared. I'm using Outlook 2000,
I'm in the Inbox and select Tools - and its not there. It
was there and was working quite well. Can anyone help?

Same here. All was fine then it would not allow me to enter new rules saying
something is missing but not telling me what.

Then it disappeared from the menu but was till there when accessed from an
individual mail but that has now gone as well.

If you find out please let me know and I wll do the same.
