Rules Wizard

I have Office 2002 and I am trying to select Rules
Wizard. When I do nothing happens. I did a compete
install of office and tried the repair and fix. Is there
anything else I should check.

I'm not sure if it will help, but since rules are stored in the .PST file in
Outlook 2002 and later, you might try running the Inbox Repair Tool
(scanpst.exe) against the .PST to see if it finds any errors.

I've got the exact same problem. Have been looking for a
solution for a couple of weeks now - no luck.
