Rules wizard dissapeard

Hi,

In my outlook the "rules wizard" is not working anymore ?! The option is
still in the menu but when i select it nothing happens ? Should i run my
office setup again ? or are there other things to verify ?

What version of Outlook and if 98 or 2000, what mode (check Help->About,
second line should say Internet Mail Only or Corporate or Workgroup.)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

The outlook version is 2002 and its in corparate mode, attached to an
exchange server 5.5

Hi,

Problem was with the information store on the server. Problem solved with
Q272570
