I've set up a rule to reply using a template, however it replies with just
the contents of the template. Is there a way to set it up so that the
original email is in the reply.
Some background info:
I have a website account that offers unlimited e-mail accounts. The problem
is, if an e-mail is sent to an invalid accounton my domain, there's no
non-delivery report sent back to the sender. I am, however, able to set up
a catch-all address and pick those emails up. In outlook, I wanted to
basically set it up to either send a non-delivery (but I'm not sure how to
do that unless a template can be set up for it???). What I've done is
basically a generic reply stating that the e-mail address was invalid. The
problem is, without the original contents (including basic header info) from
the original email, the sender will have no idea what e-mail bounced back to
them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks....
