Rules - move mail after I reply

Is there a way that I could set up a rule that an e-mail gets moved to
another folder after I reply to it? I'm not talking about the resulting
sent item - I want to set it up so that as soon as I send a reply to an
e-mail, the original e-mail gets moved to another folder. Thanks!

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
