Rules stored on Exchange server...

I have a user who stored their email rules/filters on the
Exchange server instead of their laptop (they are
mobile). I want them to move their rule store location
off the server and have them store all their rules
locally on their laptop but not sure how to do this and
if I can keep all the rules and just move them. What's
the best way to approach this?

rules are stored where outlook decides is best - based on the type of rule.
Depending on the version of outlook, they will still be stored on the
