I am a novice at Outlook, so I hope you can help me. I have a rule
that diverts all email from a court I practice before into a folder. I
have another rule that diverts any email from the court with certain
words in the heading to a subfolder. However, it doesn't take the
email out of the first folder, i.e., I have to look at the email twice
-- once in the court's general folder, and once in the subfolder.
I need a rule that will dump everything into the general court folder,
unless it has the word "Motion" in the header. In that case, I want it
to go to the "Motions" subfolder, and not the general court folder. If
it has the word "Order" in the header, I want it to go into the
"Orders" subfolder, and not the general court folder. If it doesn't
have any of those words, I want it to just stay in the general court
folder.
Get it? Thanks for the help!
