Rules problems

Just installed outlook 2003 on Senior Staff machines. We
have an Exchange 5.5 server. One client wanted to sort his
rules and could not. He is also having and issue where a
rules are putting an email into multiple folders instead
of the folder for the first rule that applies. Any
pointers would be appreciated as I do not have the 2003
version installed on my machine.

He needs to set 'stop processing' to the rules to prevent duplicates.

When yousay he couldn't sort them, do you mean he couldn't select one and
use the arrow buttons to reorder the rules?
