Rules Problem

OK, I'm not sure I'm posting this in the correct newsgroup, but hopefully
someone here can assist me. I had a few rules set on both of my outlook
express identities. Last night I upgraded my Norton Antivirus 2002 to
Norton Internet Security 2004. This new program has Norton AntiSpam. It
creates it's own rule for the spam to go into a spam folder to be deleted
later. The rules that I had before cannot be deleted and the new rules for
the spam folders are messed up and for some reason it won't let me change
them. Is there any way to fix this? I had to initially uninstall NIS2004
and reinstall because of an error. Everything was working fine until I
opened up my Outlook Express. Also when I open up Outlook Express it asks
me if I want to go online since I'm working offline, it's never asked me
this before. I hope that someone here can help me. Thanks in advance.

Happy Holidays,
Mark

Someone might be able to help you , but i am sure that
Norton has a forum that has some real norton junkies
hanging out onit, just waiting to solve your problem.

I thought about that before I posted, but I've checked www.symantec.com and
I've also checked my list of newsgroups and there are no forums/newsgroups
for Norton Internet Security. If you know of a place, please let me know.
Until then I guess I'll just wait.

Let me also ask you this question: Why would any rule, associated with
Norton AntiSpam or not, be grayed out so that you couldn't change it?

OK, I think I have the Rules part fixed (crosses fingers :) ) even though
the rules once in a while do look messed up with a red x on them and won't
let you change them. Usually closing OE and reopening it fixes that
problem. But I'd still like to know why it sometimes asks me if I'd like to
go online when I'm already online. It's never asked me this before. Thanks
again.

Regards,
Mark
