Rules Notification

In the next version in Outlook, will there be somekind of 'Rules Notifier'.
e.g. I set up a number of rules to deal with email and at any time of the day
I hit the Rules Notifier and it tells me my rules and what has been processed
and when.
Does something like that already exist?

Well an overview of your rules are in Tools-> Rules and Alerts...
As for an overview for "when"; directly when the message arrived.

A thing that could be usefull is to see how the message ended up in a
certain folder. For instance;
-which rule
-junk e-mail filter
-delegate
-autoarchive
-manual move
-etc

But that would be more of a troubleshooting feature instead.
