Rules not working

On Outlook 2007, I have a rule that works fine looking at the subject.

But I cannot get my rule that looks at the message header to work.

I only have "With specific words in the message header" checked.

I then copied the message directly from the email and pasted it in the
Search Text textbox and Added it - "Going to Sleep for 10 Minutes".

I then told it to delete it.

This is the only thing that this rule does.

It won't delete any of the messages with this message in it.

I only want it to run when I tell it to as I do my other message but it
won't seem to delete anything.

What else do I need to do to get this to work?

Thanks,

Tom

Copied it from what part of the message? You would have to examine the
message properties in order to see the headers.

You're right.

I needed to use the "With specific words in the body" option. Now it works
fine.

Thanks,
