I have been using Rules very successfully for years. Now they don't work and
I am inhibited from creating new ones. When Outlook starts I get a message
i've never seen before telling me that Outlook can't link to a file
"extend.dat" and that it either dosen't exist or I don't have permission to
use it.
The file does exist in both my Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook file and in
Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook file.
Help will be appreciated
