Rules issue

I have two systems with Outlook 2003. I want to create a rule to "redirect" a
message when sent only to me, and btwn a particular size. Problem is I don't
have the option to redirect on one of my installs of Outlook 2003, only a
forward option.

The version where redirect is avalable to me: 11.6359.6360 SP1
Installed from Office 2003 SBE CD

The version where redirect is NOT avalable to me: 11.6359.6408 SP1
Installed from Outlook 2003 ONLY CD

The redirect rule is a function of Exchange. Without Exchange there is no
ability to redirect.
