outlook 2003 redirect rule loses CC

I am looking for some help. I have a rule in Outlook 2003 SP3, that redirects
messages from specific individuals to a different email addresses and a
specific folder on that mailbox. For some reason during the redirecting
process, the if the original message had any CCs, they are getting stripped.
Does anyone know why this might be happenning? We are in an Exchange
2003/Windows 2003 environment.

if it kept the CC's, they'd get another copy. Try forwarding it as an
attachment - you can reply to the attachment and will have all the CC's
included.
