Rules (in Outook 2003)

I'm taking an extended vacation.

While I'm gone, I want all incoming e-mails to go into my "IN" box.

If the e-mail is from anyone in the "Global Address Book" or from
specific "external" e-mail addresses, I want to forward the e-mail to
two co-workers (also listed in the "Global Address Book). I also want
a reply sent to those senders telling them that their e-mail has been
forwarded.

For all other senders, I want to send a reply containing my return-to-
work date.

How do I create the rule(s) to do this?

create a new contacts subfolder and copy contacts for the external addresses
to the subfolder or create new contacts if they don't already exist. make
sure the contacts folder is enabled as an address book.

create a template for the reply.

next create two rules, one for the GAL, one for the contacts. the rules will
use the condition 'in this address book' (near the end of the list of
conditions) and you'll select the folder or gal. the actions will be reply
with template and forward.
