I know you can have more than one name under a rule in
Outlook Express. Why can't you do the same in Outlook?
Or can you?

What do you mean by "name". I have several rules and have given each a
different name in Outlook. Is that what you mean?

There are rule options that allow you to process emails:

a) from a list of named people
b) containing a list or words (eg names) in various places like in the
senders name, recipients name, subject, content.

No......

I mean if I have a rule called "Customers" that I want to
have multiple names(people) under that rule.

e.g. under outlook express it goes like this
'name1' or 'name2' or 'name3' and so on

you can not do this in Outlook. Can you? If so, how?
