There are rule options that allow you to process emails: a) from a list of named people b) containing a list or words (eg names) in various places like in the senders name, recipients name, subject, content. G Guest Dec 5, 2003 #4 No...... I mean if I have a rule called "Customers" that I want to have multiple names(people) under that rule. e.g. under outlook express it goes like this 'name1' or 'name2' or 'name3' and so on you can not do this in Outlook. Can you? If so, how?
