Rules in 2007 aren't working... ideas?

For some reason a rule in Outlook isn't working correctly. When it is set to
run automatically it doesn't work, but when I run it manually it does. I've
tried deleting it and creating it again, but it doesn't work. Anyone have
any ideas b/c I'm stumped?

My rule:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
with "X words"
Move to the Deleted Items folder
except if sender is in Outlook Address Book

Note: I've also tried to delete it, instead of moving to deleted items folder.
