rules for outlook 7007

i set up a rule for all email from a source goes into a seperate folder
marked with a red flag. I need to set up another rule that will send this
mail to another folder after i click on the red flag. I had it working in
outlook 2003, but my laptop finally gave up the ghost, so i have a new tower
with 2007 in it.

outlook doesn't support running rules automatically after messages are
downloaded. You need to run rules now or a tools like auto-mate. See
