Rules for appointments in Outlook 2003

I have a user that when sending out a meeting request, the responses go to
his secretary and from there go to one of two folders (Accept or Reject). Is
there a rule to create?

What would you like this rule to do? You say that the responses already are
received by the secretary and are placed in one of two folders. What else
would you like to happen?

If the reipient responds ACCEPT to a meeting request, that request is placed
into a folder called ACCEPT on the secretary's Outlook. If DECLINED, it will
be placed into a folder called DECLINED. She will be receiving multitudes of
these and her boss does not want to fill up her inbox too much.

Create a simple rule on his computer that if subject contains Accept or
Reject, it goes to her and she needs two rules - one for accept or reject.
However, you can configure outlook to process the response (tracking will
be on the meeting request) and delete it.

You said in your first post that you already do that.
