Rules don't always work

I have a rule for newsgroup messages ...

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the Subject line contains 'porn' or (many more)
Delete it

Sometimes I still have messages that contain the word porn in the subject
that are not getting deleted. How do I fix this?
