Restrict email size

Hi,
I have a dial up connection and would like to prevent the download of any
large emails. Isn't this possible? When I go to mail rules the first line
of the rule always has "Apply this rule after the message arrives." I don't
want the message to arrive, I want to prevent the download of any email over
a certain size.
Any help would be appreciated.

In Message Rules, select the condition "Where the message size is
more than size". Then select the action "Do not Download it from
the server".

Me too, I would like to know as well.

When I don't notice the size and forward
it to whom-ever. Either I can't get on any internet
sites or it takes a very long time.
Yeah, I have dial up too.

You should not forward large messages indiscriminately.
