Rules could not be uploaded

Trying to create an Outlook Rule in Outlook 2002. I create
the Rule and then click on OK to close the Rule Wizard
windows but I get the following error message:

"One or more rules could not be updated to Exchange server
and have been deactivated. This could be because some of
the parameters are not supported or there is insufficient
space to store all of your rules."

Any idea will be appreciated.

Seems to be a client side/profile issue. Try creating from a different machine, or a new profile. I had the same problem and this was how I was able to resolve it. Hope this helps.
