Rules are not working since backup exec restore

Hi All
My outlook 2007 rules are not working as i tried to restore my inbox
through backup exec software, I have tried to create new rules but
even those are not working, any idea how can i get my outlook rules
working

Try starting Outlook with the /cleanrules command switch.
