rules and "on behalf"

I am not able to create a rule to delete or move messages from someone
because of the "on behalf of". E.g., I receive an email that has in the From
box something like "(e-mail address removed) on behalf of (e-mail address removed)". I am unable
to block messages from Joe. Either I block from the whole (e-mail address removed) or
nothing at all. I've tried rules and spam blocking to no efect. Any ideas?

How about using the condition; with specific words in the sender's address

It does not work. Even the condition "with specific words in the message
header" does not work. I tried this one because the X-Sender in these cases
of "on behalf of" is Joe (to use my example). Alas, it did not work. So if
e.g. you are subscribed to a yahoo discussion list and want to delete your
own posts... you cannot do it. However, this is easy to do in Outlook
Express. More ideas anyone?

ah! further to my earlier post... I just found out that the condition "with
specific words in the message header" does work... but only if the x-sender
is NOT me. This is weird to say the least. Given that I have just a few
rules, it cannot be some incompatibility between them. Ideas, anyone?
