In outlook 2003 how do you create a\ folder and add a rule to that folder.
TIA

What kind of a folder and what kind of rule? only public folders support rules.

I want to create a named folder and automatically send the email to that
folder.

Ok... right click on any folder and choose New Folder (or use File, Folder,
New folder).

After the folder is created, create a rule. You can do this either from
rules wizard (Tools menu) or right click on a message from that you want
moved and choose Create Rule.
