Delegate Sets Meeting Request then sent to deleted items folder

I have a delegate who set up a meeting on their Managers calendar. The meeting
updates on Managers calendar, but then sends the meeting to the delegates
deleted items folder. I verified the delegate is not running any rules. The
delegate is using Outlook 2003. Any way to stop this?

No, I verified the client was not using a handheld device. Thanks for the
