Working with MS Professional 2003 Word - Suddenly I open a new Word doc and the cursor is at the very top of the page - no margin. The side ruler, which I can usually move with a double sided arrow is immovable (the top of the ruler is not visible - it is "stuck" up on top). I have tried tochange the top margin but nothing happens. I have rebootted and the same problem remains. Documents that have been saved appear okay. Thanks for any help as I am going wacky
Your help is appreciated.

Tools | Options | View: Check the box for "White space between pages."
Alternatively, hover your mouse over the top of the page until it turns to a
double-headed arrow and you see the ScreenTip "Show White Space," then
click. This is probably how you lost the white space in the first place;
you'll notice that if you hover again, the ScreenTip is now "Hide White
Space," and if you click, the margins are gone again.
