Have former employees who now work for another company.
Have set up a rule in outlook whick searches for any mail which is for the
these users. Once found then would like the rule to forward the mail to an
external email address.
The emails are fowarded from server to a trusted users account and the rule
has been set up on the clients machine.
Problem 1 - the rule only runs when manually set to run by user on client
machine.
Problem 2 - Checking the sent items box indicates the email has been
forwarded however these emails are never actually recieved. Email address has
been checked again and again and is correct. Is something at the remote end
needing configured (out of my hands) or something in the rule itself?
Basically rule is
Any emails sent to user1 or user2 forward to (e-mail address removed)
