Rule to forward Messages

I have set up a rule such that when a message arrives addressed to a specific
distribution group (I am a part of this distribution group), I want it to
forward the message on to an external email address. I cannot get this rule
to work. We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. Any ideas as to what I'm
doing wrong?

You may not be doing anything wrong. By default, Exchange does not allow
forwarding to external addresses. Check with your Exchange admins.
